There was a previous case opened 20304140-2300782738 and the inspector said the crew would be back to dig up the dirt and replace the broken pipe. They have not been back and the water is overflowing on the side of the street!
I previously submitted a request and it was closed within 30 minutes and no one visited the property. My parents are elderly and the sewer is now stopped up and coming back into the house. It was previously determined that there is an issue on the street side. We have tried to correct the issue from the inside, but there is no issue found. We need someone to go and fix the clogged pipes and provide a resolution!
