I have a complaint about the property addressed: 2826 Westerland Houston, TX 77063 An abatement warrant has already been issued, the property has been cleaned up by DON, and now they are trashing the place all over again. Someone keeps stealing shopping carts from local businesses and storing them on this property. Historically, these shopping carts end up in the bayou directly next door to the property.
