housing violation
small fire occurred due to an electrical outlet inside a unit. other units have been without power for 2 days per inspector

kids room caught on fire due to an electrical issue with the outlet, they are currenlty with out power, a report has already been submitted to HFD. This is not the first time this happens.

tenant states she was locked out of her apt after COH inspector visited on housing violation report
Apt complex is cutting lights off everytime due to rent issue. NOt allowed. Filed police report. Light company is paid on her own. States 2nd time this issue happens. They left her w/ no light for 24hrs,
the apts have an electrical problem that the mnmt will not fix. the ceiling in the restroom fell in
the sewer in the apt and will not fix it
