Weeds/Trash/Stagnant Water on Property - 2500329927 - 9410 CRANLEIGH CT
I am a resident of Meyerland Section 7C at 9407 Millbury. For the past week we have been awakened by a very loud cyclical noise between 3am and 6am. I traced the source of the noise to the property at 9410 Cranleigh Ct. The house is vacant and belongs to Joseph S Rice according to HCAD. The source of the nuisance is most probably that his pool was left to deteriorate; which seems to have become a haven for insects and I suspect bullfrogs are the source of the audible nuisance.
