The owner at 9326 Richland Dr 77078 is trashy and leaves high weeds in front of house on easment. He has multiple cars not drivable sitting in his yard causing a rat and rodent problem. He has trash all over the yard and he is constantly piling wood from his business out in front of house causing an unsightly neighborhood. This has been going on for awhile and needs to be addressed.
There is trash piled up against my fence and has been that way for a year. It is a rat infestation as well as unsightly. He runs a business out of his house and he just leaves scraps laying around.
