THE SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF GARBAGE, BUILDING MATERIALS, LOOSE TRASH, FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES IMPEDES SIDEWALK AND STREET TRAFFIC AND SMELLS. MY PARENTS, WHO ARE IN THEIR 80'S, LIVE NEXT DOOR AND CANNOT WALK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD BECAUSE OF IT. I HAVE PHOTOS OF THE MASSIVE HILL OF REFUSE.
