The worest management and maintenance. It has been six month without dish washer and I'm always on the waiting list to change the machine. The funny part they added $60 to renew my lease. Greedy irresponsable and disappointing managment. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Since last summer this is how my restroom cabinet looks like. They couldn't fix anything.

This place is very quite. The staff is very polite and helpful. The grounds are always clean. As far as maintenance, they respond with in time. The only problem I have had is the laundry rooms. Some of the machines are always out of order.

They don't fix nothing...I moved in this month and already water is leaking in the hallway of my apartment. I have a feeling that they knew of this before I moved in and maintenance painted over the water damaged wall instead of fixing the problem. I've called numerous times and Mae the office manager sent maintenance out (2) times and they proceeded to work on the ac unit on the roof but NEVER came to fix the water damaged wall. This is a waste of money and I will NOT be signing my lease again after my 7 months is up...Staff is rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER suggest anyone to move here.

I've been living here in Falls of Town Park for almost a year now and my maintenance complaints has never been taken care. Maintenance office ignores every work order that I requested. Walls, floors, and attics has full of black molds. Outlets, door handles, and ceiling fans are loose. Door frames and sidings in every corners are poor, you can literally stick your finger between them. This place has been manifested with all kinds of crawling insects and bugs such as bedbugs and roaches that comes out in different directions. I swear there's about 7 types of roaches that are on site and I have photos of each and every single one of them. I'm extremely unsatisfied living here knowing that all of this horrible ordeal will keep haunting me forever! Stay away at this apartment! I repeat stay away!!!!!

Horrible place to stay! Maintenance never completes the work orders, staff is absolutely rude and never gives a call back when they tell you they will. They have people in the office that you can't understand there English especially the lady Libby. I have asked for the corporate number and they refuse to give it to me, the Chinese lady laughed when I asked her for it. They are remodeling the apartments but they have people who do not know what they are doing so the remodeling really and truly sucks! The painter does a horrible job, the wood floor move and do not stay in place. I swear at night when I am sleeping I hear rats running around! Which I also informed the office and no one has went to check this. Do not let the nice leasing office, beautiful pool and nice parks fool you it is not worth the rent they are charging. I have never in my life been so upset that I had to do a review and this is just unacceptable! They promise you all these things just to move you in and once you are in there they ignore you! Do not move here this property is a joke! Seriously!!

I'm a single mom with little to spare. I moved here 3 years ago. I've stayed because the rent is cheap and they don't increase the rent each renewal period. The assistant is always busy but nice. My emergency work orders are done quickly. (I can't say the same for the others which takes a couple of days) I don't have problems.

i lived here the whole of 2008. it was terrible. the new manager witha fake ... smile is a trip. she is just the same as the old one. all she cares about is her rent and she will be threatening you with ruinig yor credit if you break the lease.management is worst than poor. there has got to be a worse name for that apartment. my car got run into and the management couldnt care less if ther tried.roaches noisy neighbors screaming kids and petty crime is the order of the day at this apartment.the receptionist will tell you anything to get you off the phone when you call. this is a sorry apartment.

1st of all when u are moving in the management is nice.but once u sign the lease u are in for it .the apartment lady whose name starts with an O and ends with an A is a son of a so and so. she doesnt care what ur complain is she just tells u we send someone over- and does NOTHING for at least 2 weeks.My neighbor,a retired veteran who had a leaking bathroom had to wait 2 weeks for it to be fixed.another neighbor got robbed 2wice first they took his electronics and computer then they came back for his cash! B4 moving in, here i had read up some reviews at the place that cars are stolen at random, so i sold my car and got an old car that was not worth anything just to discourage car marauders. The old car was towed away by the apartment and sold off at an auCtion! in otherwords the apartment management connived with a towing company to sell my old car! everytime you made a complain of something that needs fixing it takes madam 2 weeks, to get some rifrat who can't speak english, to come look in your apartment to see if there is anything worth stealing! the walls are super paper thin! Even the roaches know this apartment bcos they live there!.it might be cheap but it sure is not worth it.the grounds are super disgusting with used baby pampers every where. the gates always open and -------- partying in the parking lot every weekend. the cops dont bother with the apartment anymore.once a car caught fire in the parking lot and afew people called 911 and nobody came.we all ran for safety so i dont know how the fire was put out or if anyone was hurt.i have awhole lot more to say about this apartment but the major point is; this apartment is the worse in the whole of houston!.
