Boat parked in front yard
I would like to make a complaint of neighbors junk wrecked cars (three) that have sat at end of driveway for years. In addition, they keep a large boat parked in their front yard, also for at least four years. This is really an eyesore for me and the neighborhood. Have complained to city with the last six months. No action has ever been taken
