For more than a year, there has been a sawcut portion of the sidewalk on the north side of West Dallas St. just east of Buckner which creates a tripping hazard for pedestrians and makes the sidewalk impassible to wheelchairs. The area has been neatly saw cut on both sides and the resulting free slab has sunk several inches below the remainder of the surrounding sidewalk. It is high time this was repaired.
