9200 Canniff Street. Fire Hydrant was run over, water has been flowing non stop and the street is flooded. Causing all related business's to have no water as well.
HPD EIU investigated this illegal dumping of concrete at the location. about 10 concrete culverts are dumped in the ditch at the location on the south side of Canniff.

COH, Illegal dumping and tall weeds continues to be an issue on the 7600 block of Easthaven at Caniff Road. The road is at the exit of the Monroe Park and ride and is a nuisance and dangerous. This is the only road to get to college to catch I45. Several people utilize this road and debris is covering the road and ditches. Tall weeds that continue to grow will cause a dangerous situation for motorists to get car jacked or killed. This road is being ignored and needs cleaning as soon as possible.
