This apartment complex has changed management several times. My daughter lives in these apartments and I hate them. My granddaughter is living in them as well. When you call them, they don't fix anything. I wish my daughter would have stay herself on in Katy. I am about to report this apartment to the OAG. My daughter is never late on her rent and we can't get them to fix anything. So i

There are security cameras around the complex even at the trash dumpster, valet trash, gated community, beautiful pools, drive through mail pickup, community is well lit, security is always on patrol, police officers live here, easy access to 290 and 1960. In near my cleaners, doctor and dentist. Gotta love it....

I love this place because my family considers it home. Home is where you make it. We have made apartment 2515 home. It provides the comfort and security we need while getting ready to purchase a home. The office staff are prompt to resolve all maintenance problems and explain every little detail that has something to to do with our living at apartment 2515 at Villa Toscana.

Delia has been amazing since day #1. Delia was extremely friendly when we started apartment hunting. She answered all of our questions and was honest about the administrative fees associated with the rent. Everytime I go to the office for a package, she asks about the o apartment. She rocks. Now no apartment complex is perfect, but if the staff is customer friendly, you can manage. PROS: Convenient location, nice square footage, well kept grounds, visible security, friendly neighbors, very nice gym, efficient maintenance staff. Maintenance rocks! When I submit a work order, it is completed faster than you can imagine. True story: I submitted a ticket for an issue in my kitchen at noon and by 4 pm, they were at my front door! CONS: I am accustomed to receiving at least one gate remote. Here, they charge $75. Otherwise, you must use the access card which stinks because the gate is on one side and you must rush to the other gate before it closes. The side gate is worse because of where the machine is located. Rent is pricey so be sure to budget for the extra fees like valet trash, parking, and washer/dryer. Also, it seems to be much quieter in the front of the complex than the back.

I moved to this property almost 2 years ago and I have never had a problem. Recently there was a change of management which I did not like until I met the assistant manager miss Cindy ! She has helped me twice in the short time that the new management has taken over and she is so patient. I would recommend anybody to this property.

Cindy Sornia is by far one of the best Assistant Business Managers this complex has ever had. She is very professional and prompt with responding to any issues. She is knowledge on policies and always ready to assist. Ms. Sornia makes tenants lives easier!

I really love this complex! Before I moved here, I spent two weeks trying to find an apartment to move into. My search was relentless, I really wanted to find somewhere that I knew I would be safe since I was going to be living alone. The other apartments nearby didn't give me that feeling, at all. Villa Toscana was honestly my best choice. The community is quiet and well kept, the neighbors are nice, parking is plentiful and the carport is perfectly in front of my apartment, office staff is attentive, and it is overall just amazing. I have already made recommendations for some friends to look into moving here once their leases are up.

Everything is excellent the communication when there is a incident on the property should be explained with more clarification sob we want have to guess the severity of the incident. Overall everything else is okay.

Villa Toscana Apartments is by far the best ive lived in for the price. I like the friendliness of the staff and the attentiveness of the maintenance personnel . The pool is awesome and love the overall experience so far. I hope to continue like this for the remainder of my lease . Thank you Villa Toscana !

Love this place. Everything was easy from application to move in. Candis was amazing. The only issue that i have is when people park in my spot at night and I can not reach the office. Other than that every thing is good
