The property is listed as a Senior Community, but most of the tenants are living with seniors, so there are Teens, babies and young couples who reside in the community, which makes it unsafe for most seniors, wandering in the hallways, dropping trash all around the property and not following the guidelines....really needs Management or a manager who can uphold and keep order...

Commons Of Grace has an amazing property thats looks good in and out take a look if you dont believe us. And not one person has Informed Them of a broken appliance. The neighborhood is actually trying to improve no one said it Accomplished it yet. The Reason commons of grace lets residents under 55 get in is because they are disabled.Which They also allow to move in. Those "Noisy Kids" are Our loving grandchildren. We only get to see Them for a while. What are They supposed to say? "NO GRANDCHILDREN ALLOWED" ??? Yes we have ONE grocery store"Fiesta." But We also have a *Dollar Store *Chase *Metro's *Fire Department *Game Stop *Little Ceasers pizza *Nail Salon *3 Beauty stores *2 Phone Stores *Washeteria *Taco Bell *KFC *Jack In The box *CVS/Pharmacy *H&R Block * Way More. And They Are VERY Nearby. So Do Not Refer To Our Shopping Center As "Sad" Or "Little". They Also Try Their Very Best to Get Things done As Fast As Possible. If You Sent a petition do not think that They forgot about it. They are working On it. At the Commons Of Grace The Managment Tries Their Very Best So That we can have a wonderfull life. -Speaking from a satisfied Resident.

We are living at Commons of Grace in Houston, TX and our advise to anyone thinking about moving here is STAY AWAY! The buildings look nice from the outside but that is where it ends. They used the cheapest possible materials building and with the appliances and such inside the apartments. The neighborhood is supposedly improving but it is still BAD! It is supposed to be a Senior Community but they rent to many people WAY under 40 let alone 55 which means the noise factor here is outrageous with blasting stereos in cars outside in the parking lot and kids running around and doing anything to create an unacceptable amount of noise! We also discovered in this neighborhood there is only 1 grocery store (if you want to call it that)in the form of FiestaMart, only 1 very sad little pharmacy, and nothing but fast food for restaurants! We can't even get anyone but Domino's to deliver pizza here. There is also an overwhelming sense of not being safe with this neighborhood. On top of all that there is only 1 maintenance man so getting things done is a waiting game!!
