The look around process was quick & informational. The women in the front office were polite and generous. If you're looking for something quick, cheap/affordable I'd recommend this property. Lastly, the property was presented to be quiet and clean

My experience with the office staff was amazing, they sure know how to explain everything you need to know, they're very polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to people I know ??

The apartment is good for the price but would like there to be more security in the complex. The laundry rooms are not always the best due to misuse or being locked and have to wait for someone to unlock. Maintenance is great and always very kind.

This is a good value oriented community. This place is a safe place with minimal noise or drama. While this complex does struggle sometimes on things like maintenance, I have seen some improvement. I would recommend that others live here for a great first start.

I have lived in this community for almost three years now and will soon renew my lease again. The Arden Cypress Station is a nice place to live. The complex is very quiet. I love that there is round the clock security on site.

It's inexpensive and MOST of the staff is nice but they might tow your car and then tell you you need to pick it up same day or else you have to pay for their mistake even thought your car is registered

This is the better community on this street. It's safe.Theres been a lot of office staff most have been very helpful. The maintenance crew is reliable, especially the one that come to work on my place.

Amazing community, friendly and well secured. Services are prompt and well delivered. Community maintains quiet and clean environment. Accessibility to social services, schools and parks is quite commendable.
