THE OWNER OF THIS LOT DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF IT AND PEOPLE ILLEGALLY DUMP THERE TRASH ON THIS LOT.
The is an investment property for Mr. Will Loggings. He does not keep up his property. Consequently, people are constantly illegally dumping trash here. It become a bigger problem because the junk spills over from the ROW and onto the lot itself, which the City will not go on their property to remove... something must be done.
