Senior citizen states PW flagged were sewer line was broken and has yet to be repaired.
I am onsite at 9019 Concho 77036. This site has had a recent repair in the back yard (WO# 15006279) that was completed on 4/26/2021. I met with the Homeowner and the area where the repair was done has been covered. Right now the sewer line is holding and they cannot use their bathrooms. Please send an Investigator as soon as possible and a Stoppage Team. This Homeowner stated that he has not been able to use his bathroom for several days now, and needs relief as soon as possible.
