I reported the issue yesterday and the website indicates that it has been resolved. However, there is no change in the sewage level, it is 6" below the manhole cover and our lines are now overflowing. Please revisit this case. my cell is 713.302.6343
We live at 901 W 23rd Street. The sewer in our ally that our lines drain to is near overflowing and will soon cause backups in our home unless its drained. Please let me know if you need documentation.
Plumber indicate a breakage on the city side in the street
Our sewer is overflowing out side our home at 901 W 23rd. Our plumber cleared our lines but the wastewater did not recede so he pulled the manhole cover in the alleyway. It is completely full of sewage and will probably overflow soon. The alley is located between W 23rd and W 24th street a half block west of Durham. The manhole we pulled is behind our property and appears to be very old.
