However you can't get anything fixed, it is roach infested, matience is either too old or too young they don't know sh--. They are racist in the office and the tenants. They are not diverse at all and anytime there is a large group of any one race there will be racism. It is like being back in the 50's sad. They let large groups of people live in one aparment and everyone of them have a vehicle so parking is a joke. They play loud music everyday all times of the day OMG no reapect for Christ or God. It is just pittiful. Gotta goooo!!!!and never looking back, no washer and dryer connections and look at those prices. Townhomes with air condtioners hanging out the window give me a break. Everybody have little rat dogs that leave little rat pooh everywhere. Bet they didn't pay a deposit. The goverment need to really pay attention what they give money out for you they are broke....

I like the place where I am living at, its under a new management so finally they are getting stuff done around. The new leasing consultant are helpful and top on their job. I am really liking it now, I feel that this place will be the future for my kids and for my family and many more years to come. I have been here for a while, and referring my friends and family over it is a benefit for me. Better home, better place place for me and you!

I have been here for a few years. My child likes it. There is a playground that she goes to every week with our neighbors kids, and there is an after school program for her also. The new school opens this fall and then she can walk down the street to it. There is church on one side of the property and because of that there is never any late night noise. The maint. is fast and friendly. The are new people in the office and they seem very focused on customer service. The price is good, the maintenance is good, the people are friendly, what more could i want? The laundry rooms have new machines and I have been told that we are getting new appliances in the apartments also. I cant wait, these new ones will be energy efficient.

I've lived here for 14yrs and can't remember this much crap happening in all the time that I've lived here. The managment changed and all hell has been a everyday thing around here! See if you can follow me and maybe you can avoid all the crap I've endured staying here this last few months. You see everyone has his or her idea of how to run the perfect property, the only problem with that is they don't consider the residents needs, like having hot water(I didn't have it for 17 days), a bathtub that you can sit in and take a bath without scratching your butt up (still not fixed), and how would you like to dress in the dark (now 4 days and counting) and I could go on. The staff give you one lie after another and the communication between the manger and the staff is"none"!!! Change can be good but you have to know when it's not working either and in this case it's not (NEXT)! If you want to save yourself anger, frustration, keep looking cause I'm going to effective today 4/9/11. And corporate wonders why so many units are empty, maybe they should come our and talk to some of the residents and surprise their staff every once in a while!!! KEEP LOOKING

Dont let them get you with that move in special its not worth it. Turn around and run it is horrable here. Everything you can think of to go wrong will these people dont care about nothing but collecting thier money on rent.This is not the place you want to bring your childen to. This is not and I repeat this is not a family home base place.

THE ROACHES ARE SO HORRIBLE THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME TO LIVE HERE!! THE APARTMENTS ARE SO OLD AND FALLING APART AND MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE. THE DO NOT FIX ANYTHING AND THEY HAVE NOT PAINTED THE APARTMENT EVEN BEFORE I EVEN MOVED IN. THERE ARE SO MANY CRACKS AND HOLES IN THE WALLS SO NO MATTER HOW CLEAN U ARE AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH ROACH SPRAY U BUY THE ROACHES ARE STILL GONNA BE THERE BECAUSE THIS IS THEIR HOME!!!

THERES ALOT OF ROACHES THEY DONT FIX NOTHING EVERYTHING IS FALLING APART I DONT RECOMEND THIS UGLY APARTMENTS TO NO BODY AND IF U MOVE HERE YOU WILL HAVE ALOT OF PROBLEMS WHIT THIS APARTMENTS SO DONT MOVE HERE AND THE RENT IS EXPENSIVEIS NOT WORTH IT.

roaches Roaches ROACHES!!! These critters should pay me rent. I had been here less than a month when one of the drug dealer's customers (he lived next door)drove into the front of my apartment --he managed to hit my car, too. He had MS13 tattooed on his chest. They didn't evict him until he threw a customer through his front window into the parking lot. A month later, the police made me identify the dead body of my upstairs neighbor. The water coming from the tap is brown/yellow/smelly. I don't drink it. The only thing that gets repaired around here are the air conditioners. Maintenance just pumps more coolant into them so they'll run another month or two. No hot water for a week. Pizza Hut and Pappa John's won't deliver pizza after dark. There is a chinese food place that will deliver after dark for a $5 surcharge.

Bugs, Spiders, Huge Cockroaches with and with out wings, tiny roaches!! Calling all exterminators, if your looking for a place to practice your exterminating skills, then these are the apartment for you. You will always see roachs. In the kitchen, Bathroom coming out of the broken tiles, and coming out of the vents. THey crawl on you at night. Great for someone whose lonely at night because youll always have a handfull of bugs crawling in the bed with ya. THe carpet stays wet if you leave on a ground level and everything is spray painted when you move in. (even the tub)..Do not live here. Its horrible. I would rather sleep outside. At least those bugs will stay in the ground.
