CALLER STATED THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE ARE CONSTANTLY PUTTING TRASH OUT. THIS IS AN EYESORE FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND IT'S MAKING IT LOOK VERY BADLY. BECAUSE OF THIS THE DITCHES ARE CONSTANTLY RETAINING WATER CAUSING THE STREET TO FLOOD AND IT'S JUST HORRIBLE FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
