The apartments are beautiful besides the fact that Ives seen peoples cars sitting on bricks sometimes. And the fact that even tho I clean my apartment every single day I still find multiple roaches in any room I walk into at anytime of the day. Even AFTER I got my apartment sprayed. The “pest control fee they make u pay is absolutely a scam There alittle janky things I find or see here and there other than that the apartment is cute ! Maybe not worth the 1400-1500$ for a one bedroom. especially when dont provide washer and dryers. I was told it was 1200$ up until I signed my papers but I need to place to live lol and I hate parking on the other side of the apartment complex bc theres so many reserved parking spots that they have people pay for is kind of ridiculous to me too but like I said nice place but theres a lot of down falls. Even as I’m looking at this website they have 3 1 bedroom prices up and each the exact same square feet but the prices are 1000$,1300, 1350 so how the heck did I get stuck paying 1400- and sometimes it’s 1500$ ? Just doesn’t make sense the apartment is definitely not worth 1400-1500$ for that price you can get a nice downtown apartment with a view and. Washer and dryer and a dang parking spot lol. I probably won’t win any rodeo tickets with this review but at least I’m being completely honest.

I have been at these apartments since they opened. I have yet to move because of the well managed property and it being so well maintained. If any small problem arises they are quick to resolve. It's a nice smaller community which I love. It's easy access to 45 makes it such a convent location to be and not to mention affordable compared to most luxury apt. Homes. I would highly recommend it here

I knew when I toured The Broadway I wanted to live here. I stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bath and I love it. I go to gym all the time and every time I go its very clean and well kept. The pool is very nice, the only thing missing is grill but other than that its really nice.

I was one of the original residents here at Broadway apartments. I rented 4307 for 3yrs. When Yessica left I was heart broken. My rent started at $950(2019) and the beginning of 2022 it was $970. I knew everyone was going to play on the inflation when it came time for renewals. The apartment went from $970-$1475 but I’ll rent it to you for $1081. I think not! I spoke with a lady that stayed on the first floor and her rent was $1100 even and my new lease would have been $1081 on the third floor, make it make sense. I didn’t expect a hand out but at least take in to consideration that i was never late on my rent might of fact I always had extra funds available on the portal. I loved my apartment even though it was cheaply made. The floors were coming up the first day I moved in. The walls are very thin I could hear my neighbors nightly acts. I’ve been woke out my sleep for two lovers fighting in the hall way and parking lots. I’ve seen lover setting an apartment on fire, dogs fighting in the dog park, drug deals, Husband beating wife in parking lot, kids kicking a scoocer ball into the back gate until it was made a hole, over grown man riding a skate board throughout the hall ways. Then there were 3am bbq party in the hallway, kids knocking and kicking on your door, horses been rode in the dog park to much to write. I’ve endured Spit, dog poop, wild cats, food, and big back yard garbage cans all in the hallways. I was ready to move when someone stole my $10 Amazon package! The garbage cans stay running over, neighbors will throw the garbage on the side of an empty can at times. You have neighbors opening their car doors throwing garbage out or walking up the walk way tossing a cup they were drinking out of. The parking is horrible. If you don’t come in by 5pm you will not find a park. My last night there my down stairs neighbor was screaming, a man tried breaking into her apartment while she was there (at 6pm). I moved back to my old apartments where I never had a problem, I left because Broadway was newer. I got a 2:2 for $1002 and free garbage pickup
