These people are trying to use this as an open business for people to come and get their car repaired at this location. At night this is where drug addicts are gathering to use the drugs they are purchasing in the back room. They also have prostitutes going in there to solicit. There is always a person there who is supposed to be working on cars and then there is two or three more their at night and that's when they start smoking crack and using heroin and shooting up.
