My neighbor at 8918 Jackwood St. Houston, TX 77036, is building a sizeable carport. and it looks like the roofline is too close to the property line. The way they are building it, all the rain water from the west side of the carport is going to go over the fence and into my back yard. When we have a wet year, my back yard will be a swamp from the water from their carport. Is this something the City of Houston can do anything about ?
