Illegal Dumping on curb
Someone or some of the contractors in the area has dumped a stack of concrete on the corner of 8902 Scott and Alvin. Then someone else threw some yellow tubing in the street on Alvin. I came by later and someone has moved it to the ditch on Alvin. Please send heavy trash to get it removed. The owners has no dumping all in the area.
