This is for the empty lot next to 8810 Emnora - [HCAD 0681440020008, 0 Emnora.] In case # 2100281150, it states they would go back to take photos. Trash continues to accumulate here, please help.

Building A , 20 cars + they are not operable
All of the things of this individual are leaning against our fence (8811 Alcott) and damaging it in the process. We have left him a written message and told him kindly to remove his belongings from our fence to no avail. This is also not the first time he has done this, over the past few years it has been a recurring issue. I will attach to the email a few pictures and a video.
