I have lived here for over 6 years and the service has Definately gotten worse. The maintenance guy does most of the work half way and dragging his feet, if you have an emergency at 6pm on a Friday such as a broken ac or a falling ceiling fan with a new born you have to make a report to the office witch opens weekdays from 2-5. Meaning nothing will get done till Tuesday because if you call the maintenance guy he will just shrug you off and say he can only complete a job ordered processed through the office. There's just so many things that come up in a bad case scenario with those time frames and work ethics. The staff is in desperate need of updating. The location, privacy, and parking is great. But the two people of staff is the worst, due to independently owned I believe.

I lived at Chelsea Towne For a year and what I loved about it most is that it is very private, quite and secluded. Very well secured. I will be moving back again that's how much I loved the place. Not only do I love the place the Management is Great.
