WeÆve received a complaint regarding a discharge from an outfall behind 8791 Hammerly Blvd., located inside COH limits. I responded to the complaint, which alleged the apartment complex was discharging sewage but no evidence of the sewage was observed on the property. The outfall is located west of the bridge on Hollister Rd, sewage odors were observed but the source of discharge is unknown. This complaint will be referred to the City of Houston.

No a/c for over a month, they keep replacing the air filter--but the a/c is not cooling. Please assist, she has small children at home. Spanish Speaker

Hold & mildew in both bathrooms also has been there almost 1 year and only one stove top burner had been working when they went to repair all 4 worked for less than 1 day now none of them are working.

Citizen states that water comes in through the bricks into the apartment and flood the apartment. Citizen states there is a hole that needs to be fixed outside her apratment to stop it from flooding.
