City of Houston came out earlier this week and evaluated 2 Sample Wells on our property which showed as clear. However, a 3rd manhole with "City of Houston Sewer" on it was not checked. Upon evaluation, we see that it is backed up and is causing a plumbing drainage issue in our building (Building 1). Please send someone to evaluate this area (SE corner of property, manhole in drive w/ gravel) ASAP.

Suite 1. Restrooms were experiencing back-ups. Plumber came out, snaked the drain and found mud due to a collapsed pipe around 90 feet from our back shop had occurred. 90 feet from our back shop would be in the street/city drainage area. Need city sewer to be investigated and collapsed pipe repaired.
