I would like to file a noise complaint for the Memorial City Apartments at 872 Bettina Ct, Houston, TX 77024.

Citizen states back door has a hole and the apartment is full of red ants, also states wood under the kitchen sink is rotten and black possible mold, & next to the kitchen the made a large hole in the floor and then covered with cement which is uneven and dangerous/hazardous for 2 elderly citizens. office is advising not an emergency and short on workers, also requesting for inspector to make contact

sewage on apartment's laundry room floor since March 26th//has sewage on the floor of the laundry room located next to apartment # 547.The laundry room is on the ground floor. There was sewage on the floor starting on March 26th and all weekend, and on Tuesday someone finally opened the windows so that fresh air could enter it. The floor has mostly dried out, the smell is still there, but some sewage is still on the floor. It is gross. I am not sure why they cant clean it up and fix the problem.

I have had problems with the air conditioning in the condominium located at 872 Bettina Ct, Apt, 233 and called Memorial City Apt. The air conditioning has problems because it has not been sealed when it was installed between the evaporator and the duct of supply. The evaporator is 3 inches taller than the supply duct, which causes 40% of cold air to drip, which causes the return to not work because cold air comes out, which causes humidity to reach 70%.
