This is a problem of code enforcement and illegal dumping. Where is the replat for 8705 Bertwood? 4 units without a public hearing. Where is the required porter potty and dumpsters. Sent from my iPhone
emailed-there is construction trash on property at 8705 Bertwood because they have no dumpster. Also concerns that if others see the trash like this, it will cause people to start dumping their trash on the property. Can you please see to them getting a dumpster.
Encroachment. Dirt was piled and encroaching the easement.
