My experience here at TCC is one that I would not wish on anyone; child running like crazy through the apartment above me, the unbearable stench of dirty body/clothes odors, a long with cigarette smoke of migrant workers coming in around the clock to sleep the same apt., parking spaces being taken up by them. There was an invasion of ants in my apartment and I got bite marks on my arms and legs, and was told the exterminators wouldn't be back for 2 weeks so I had to buy bug spray even though I'm already paying for extermination service. The bedroom is weird as it's not easy to arrange furniture in it so my bed is in the living room?smoke/odors make the bedroom a gas chamber. The windows have no insulation. They are good about lawn care and letting you know when the water will be off.

My experience in the TCC apartment complex has been outstanding, marked by efficient management and staffing that effectively accommodate the diverse needs of residents. I confidently assert that this environment fosters a welcoming, supportive, safe, and quiet community.

I've never had any problems since I've moved here. Everyone is so nice. I'm happy that my neighbors are courteous and most importantly, quiet. The management has always been wonderful to my daughter who comes to take care of me and I appreciate that. The maintenance men are very friendly and professional as well. I have no complaints!

It's been great. The community is a safe place worth the gate and the magnets keep you informed with any events going on or repairs. As well as services needed are handled quickly and on time ensuring things are fixed.

The responsiveness of the maintenance team was outstanding; they consistently resolved issues with impressive speed. The front office staff also deserve recognition for their positive attitude and efficient service. They always made me feel welcome and valued. To further elevate the community, I believe focusing on security measures in certain areas and implementing stricter enforcement regarding pet littering would be beneficial. Addressing these points would build upon the already strong foundation of quick maintenance and excellent front office support.
