Per WWO "Made customer contact. Per customer his sewer line is good. The issue is the standing water in the rear, and side of his backyard. Sewer mainline clear at manhole 90262007. Per maps water mainline going from front of property to rear. Unable to see anything beyond property in the backyard, my foot started to sink in the mud. Refer to water inspector to see if there is any water leaks."
