The maintenance and staff are friendly very nice property to live at. Very clean environment and pet friendly. I have live here since 2017 and I love to call the community home very quiet at night security very friendly as well.

Love my new apartment & the staff is amazing.Everything was ready when I arrived! The grounds are clean & beautiful. The office was very helpful with information about shopping areas. I look forward to living here!

It's nice. I like the layout of the apartment. The person who showed the apartment made promises she could not keep - which really bummed me out. Overall, things worked out. I don't think my family settled, but we definitely would have appreciated a smoother transition.

Stone creek at old farms is a good and safe community to live with family as they have good homes and clean community environment. Fast service if needed and on they have set all tech features so temperature and lock can be controlled through App.

I'm in love with the community. It's a noiseless and calm place to live and moving in was superb. I will recommend this community to friends and family and the management team would even want you to live in the community. They were so helping from beginning to the end and never gonna get tired of you. I remembered how I was disturbing Tyler when i was on the system filling but she never throw face and manager would do anything to see your problems resolved.

I love this complex!What makes this apartment complex the best in Houston is the customer service of Locha! She was instrumental in making my move-in smooth and easy as possible! Locha is extremely helpful and resourceful. On top of that, the area is very safe, there is a security guard on the grounds that makes me feel secure. The apartment itself is extremely nice with great and upgraded appliances! Happy to call this place my home and extremely thankful for Locha for such an easy and seamless experience!

Quiet peaceful and friendly community. Other residents with dogs don't really pick up after their dogs or let the dogs play with each other. Everyone really keeps to themselves. Not much parking on the right side of the community.

It was a smooth process, everyone was nice when I first viewed the apartment. They were very helpful and I love my new space. They are pet friendly and the keep the grounds very clean. My new neighbors seem to be nice and quiet.
