s 3-4 foot high grass in the back yard. There is junk all around the outside of the home( front, sides, and back yard). This home is a breeding ground for rat, roaches, ticks, and fleas
These things raise a concern to me:Property not taken care of at all (trash everywhere) . At least 5 ft. of grass in back and very tall grass like that on one side of the house. They have ALL their windows covered up. Broken down vehicles in the backyard.*PILES of dirty mattresses periodically put out front for heavy trash.
