I have residents complaining of a strong foul odor outside from the sewer system. It is especially bad when it is very hot outside or right after it rains and humid. The odor is so strong that resident is complaining that it is coming into their apartment. We are Live Oak Apartments at 851 Threadneedle Street, Houston, Texas 77079.
