Ok look I live here in cresent city apartments , and there's a lot of cats in here that has some fleas and y'all know this but don't do none about it , come on and fix this up , y'all don't care about what people up in here think ! Y'all better do something about thi cats man!

Crescent City isn't a bad place to stay but it's not the best either. If you are looking for something quick this is the place. The only problem I have is the unqualified personnel they have working here. An on top of that, they are all --------. I don't see the problem of race but they look out for each other and not the other tenants. They don't explain all of the rules or possessions that are yours. Like when I first moved I didn't know you had to have a key for the laundry room. You are not able to sit out on your front step. You have a curfew. And you get charged $100 first offense to the rules then it's $200 then an eviction notice. They make sure that you know the rules and if you broke those rules.!!! There is no pool area. Also they are rude in the office where you can walk in and no one acknowledges you for awhile. Or they don't know the answer and can't help. Now they have where you need a sticker to park in the parking lot but it has to be your car, they will not give you the sticker for a rental, loaner, or anything. But the rule state you need the sticker or you will be charged. The place isn't that bad at a once you get over the stupidity and unprofessional work ethic.

Very awful. Because of them we cant get no good apartment. Becareful with this place they delete your apartment history making it seem that you never were there and to other places you trying to move it seems as you have NO rental history. And im thinking wegot Blacklisted by them because we "complained" to much and we also left about a month early because i was having anxiety attacks because ppl were getting broken in and the last straw was when the neighbor got broken in, we just had to leave.

Will. Be moving out soon. Horrible place to live I never lived in a property that had a curfew for adults at 10:00pm! Wtf they say it's for your safety that says a lot about the area. After you get a first violation they will charge you a $100.00. The new owners suck. & I will not be staying in a community that's so picky.....They think this is a way to keep residents smh...also no soccer playing..no drinking alcohol outside...at my old residence we were allowed to have adult beverages at the pool....these rules are way too much...I absolutely hate living here... I'm dreading these last few months and wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone....the traffic on broadway with constant roaming of people will not prevent people from walking into the complex the gate is usually broken anyways...just last week I couldn't enter my apartment due to the ENTRANCE gate being broken so I had to wait.....the rent is too high to live in a bad area like this....I will be taking my money somewhere else!

I would not recommended my enemy her, eve the manger is a ----- an her robin is a yes man an is useless. An man wS murdered her last week. An she want let us tenants who are afraid for our safety leave without ruining our rental leases to move elsewhere that's safe. Do not here it would be the worst thing to your family. Location 10222 S. Gessner you will know how Hell feels like.

I have live here since 1975. During the last few years management has really improved. They started with the outside and also did the inside. When I renewed my lease this year they updated my apartment with new carpet paint. My building got a new roof last year, I really appreciated that. Like I said before I have been here for 38years. This is my home and will continue to be my home. Thank you Crescent City Staff for getting my place back in shape.

All the Yes reviews are from prior workers! The lies people tell to get you to move here so they can make money!

these apartments suck. i got car jacked at gun point right outside my apartment when the lease expires if you dont renew goes up a whole 150. water hasnt come out my shower head in 4 months so i always have to take baths the pool is never open the dishwasher stinks and i never even use it but i have to clean it every other month. oh the gate they say theres no code and give you one card for the gate youll have to buy another one so when you have company youll have to go get them in the front but ive seen many people put in codes i now know the code after buying a new 50 dollar card. the make you pay a "trash fee" a "spray feee" even though my apartment has never been sprayed. overall i cant wait to move i wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone. if you do i would suggest buy some pepper pray or a gun theres alot of break ins and car jacking.

We have been living in cresent city for over 20 years and i must say the management staff as a whole is excellent they are very friendly and will always listen to your concerns as well and try accomodate your needs. I must s a veraay with the rennovations they are doing is making this a very warm environment. The maitenence staff is excellent also. BB
