There is high grass in the ditch west of the driveway that causes debris to accumulate near the culvert entrance. This restricts the storm water flow and result in standing water in the ditch. Its the property owners responsibility to keep the ditch free of high grass and trash.
This trash was placed on the side of the road after the trucks passed.
