311 Email request:This is the lot directly across the street of my home. ItÆs address is 8416 Folkstone Houston 77075 and is harboring rats. We try to keep the fence lines mowed down to prevent them from entering our yards and homes but they are in excessive numbers as it has not been mowed in a few months.this has been going on for a couple of years now. If you could help us out that would be wonderful.
