Can a work order be created to have the main televise and someone further investigate this issue? Based upon Dennise investigation and dye test there was infiltration from the sewer line to the storm. Dennise Findings:Dye test was conducted from the end of the line manhole; 30 gallons of water from a near by firehidrant was added. Dye test was positive; there was Infiltration from the sewer line to the storm. Dye appeared in storm drain. Dye test and Pw employee Roy verified sewer line compromis

This renter leave animal fecal matter and urine all over her 3rd floor balcony. Bring a smell and when it rains the urine and fecal matter pours down into public walkway. Spoke to manager and they will not do anything you can come to her apt and see and smell this mess. Tara is a City of Houston employee and has advised the management on several occasions. see attached images.
