Despu s de estar aqu por m s de 5 a os tuve que salir porque mi trabajo me transfiri a otro estado. Recomiendo que viven aqu . El estacionamento es un reto, eso si es cierto, pero es un lugar muy seguro y comodo. Brenda, la administradora, es r pida para dar servicio a los inquilinos y no se conforman con los inquilinos irrespetuosos. Me siento triste que tengo que irme. Gracias por tantos a os. Les voy a estra ar mucho.

This is a charming little complex. It's so very safe and quiet here. I don't have to worry about my children or my possessions and car. I like the construction style of place. It's an older property, but the owner has updated the interiors and modernized the layout. I love that wood and tile floors in my apartment. I can't stand carpet. When I ask for maintenance or help from the property manager (that lives on site too), it's done the same day. Very attentive. I have two fat cats and a dog. Very pet friendly. Parking can be a little challenging though for me because I have 3 cars and i only get parking for two. I wouldn't live anywhere else for the area or the price. It's a real deal for me.

Very old apartments, therefore full of crouches, old balconies and stairs banisters in really bad condition,.unsafely kitchen appliances and shower tub.The apartments really need investment

It's nice to come home. I had to leave because I got a job out-of-state, but while I was there, I really enjoyed how quiet and safe it was. I'm sorry to have to leave, but I'd thought I'd let anyone that wanted to know, it's one of the last deals in the area. There's a real pride-of-ownership there and Brenda is the sweetest manager. I've been living at Hillshire now for about 6 months. I love it here. I've never had an issue with anyone here. It's a very quiet place. Brenda is the nicest person and I feel like I'm dealing with family here. I like that they really care about me and my dogs.

This is a great place to live. You'd never know it was even there. It's really safe and quiet and the rents are very cheap. It's a family owned complex so the management is very friendly and nice
