There has been continuous construction being done behind a house located at 8328 Park Place Blvd, Houston, Tx 77017, which is being done in very close proximity to an existing multi-family apartment complex. There is concern of fire hazard violations and construction permit violations as well. All new construction near the apartment complex (next door at 8330 Park Place) is in question
There is continuing construction being done behind 8328 Park Place. The construction is being built in very close proximity to an existing multi-family apartment complex. We are concerned over fire hazards that may exist with this close proximity as well as proper city codes. All building added to main house is in question since it is newly constructed. This situation has been reported previously.

There is concern that the location of the building is a fire hazard due to its close proximity to the existing apartment building next to it. A fire could easily spread to both properties and cause damage to both life and property. this construction is located in the back to the left close to the main house and next to the fence line.
