Was looking for an apartment and came across Lafayette Green Apartments. Very nice complex. Prices are good. Office staff is exceptionally helpful especially the manager Mary. Very informative and answered all my questions. Enjoyable experience. I believe I may have found my new home. Donna S.

I have lived in Lafayette green for a couple years now i really enjoy living here i like the staff and it close to my job.the apt grounds are alway clean.karla was very nice and helpful when i moved in.she took the time to answer all my questions.if you are looking for an apt in this area stop by office and you will find out for yourself.

Lafayette Green Apts is a great place to live. The new manager, Mary and her staff are great. They are very accommodating when you ask for any type of maintenance. I would give them a definite 5 star rating! Leslie L. Resident

I just relocated to houston, moved in to Lafayette Green Apts. I love the fact that its a small community and its really close to my job which its perfect. Everyone here is so friendly, from staff to residents.

I am happy resident here at Lafayette green for 3 years now. Really like the office staff, and I really like that everytime I come in the office the same people are always there. I've lived in other apartments where every time I walk in the office there is complete new office staff. The only problem I've ever had is my faucet was leaking but they fixed it promptly. It is very quiet here during the day and at night and we have some security officers that patrol at night.
