I’ve been in Houston for a few days now. I’ve looked at several housing opportunities in the area, that’s close to my new job. I viewed these apartments this morning. I really like the apartment complex. It was clean nice fresh, but every apartment complexes that way. I’m also not the type of person that would leave reviews about apartments or about anything. I would keep that to myself, but in this case, I have to take an exception. The individual that I spoke with at Lafayette Lakes was Rudy Espinoza. He was professional and friendly. He gave me a quick tour of the property and showed me all the admittedly‘s. We shared a couple laughs together, and it felt like we were lifelong friends, but we are just met. Why I’m telling you this is because when I decide to move somewhere, it’s just not location and amenities. It’s the people I have to deal with at the front office that I also take in consideration. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Espinoza. He made me feel like I was at home. So I wrote this to tell everybody about the experience I had today with Mr. Espinoza. I think people should take that in consideration, when looking for an apartment is, the people who come in contact at that organization are they friendly? And are they down to earth and reasonable. Off my first interaction with Rudy I know that that’s the case. We also share a love a professional wrestling that we talked about for a few minutes. I guess that will give it away that who I am if Rudy remembers me which I sure he will. Thank you for giving me this platform to share my experience with you and everybody.

I am very unsatisfied with the professionalism of the apartment complex manager . My friend that use to live there came to realize that the manager was the cause of her marriage failure. My friends husband and manager were having an affair. I do not recommend this apartment complex also on another note it has came to my attention that there has been cases of racism from the manager towards african americans and ---------.

Worst customer service ever from leasing Brenda always eating had me waiting for the longest time the manager was never there at the property she said I couldn’t talk to her why i don’t know I was always polite and understanding but marry was never available within the 4 week’s I need to move in they scammed me with 90 dollars other apartment approved me the next day i think she was being racist! Owner revise this property with this employees making this location look so unprofessional!!! Racist & provided false information..

I been in Lafayette for 2 years nd I love it the ladies in the front office are really helpful Juany the assistant manager such a great person. Brenda the leasing agent always with a smile and welcoming everyone that come in the office. Mary property manager is great. I will 100 percent recommend this place to be ur new home..

I love this community because. Everything is so close to me and i never had any issues with anyone. I like maintenance guys always in top of my work orders.i been here at Lafayette for more then 10 years. Such a great place to call my home

I have a good experience since i moved in and has been great property is always clean and office staff is a plus. Location is a great. I totally recommend it. If you looking for a quiet and safety property.

Barely nice property, I been here for more than 10 years . I have never had any issues with anyone . Staff have changed but Mary and juana have been great maintenance is also very responsible, It is also very quite property.

I've been living in this community for several years and I 've seen management come and go. Mary Denny and her staff are exceptional! The maintenance staff is fantastic. The whole staff listens to any concerns that you may have, and they make sure that any issues will be resolved. They're also open to suggestions that you may have and work with you to make the community better. This is a great place to live.

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago, the ladies in the front office are really helpful leasing agent help me through out the moving process. I wil totally recommend moving in they got great maintenance Mary in the office helps alot with anything you may need help on

It's been more than 3 years that I've lived here and so far everything is great here. The environment is quiet neighbors are great have no problems living here. The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. The people at the leasing office are very respectful , the two young lady's Anna and Juany have been so helpful when it comes to resolving an issue they take care of it right away. Great place great team.
