HFD E084 responded to the Columbia Greens Apartments on 12/23/22 for a waterflow alarm. The central station was not able to give the building number, just ôWaterflow Zone 196ö. We located the alarm in building 10 and it was caused by a bused sprinkler pipe in the attic.. Water Meter - Water Leak
We had a leak on our property and shut off the water at the main. My contractors dug to the busted pipe and the pressure was still too strong to repair the pipe. The main was shut off for over two hours and the pressure was strong. We had to shut the water off to the entire property to keep from flooding the driveways, sidewalks and possible downstairs units.
The main meter is leaking water, we have to pump the water out to see any of the shut offs. I've put in complaint and it's closed the same day however the issue still exist and my residents are complaining about low water pressure.
Please confirm that the issue has been resolved.
