dead trees hanging from vacant lot on her property lot is next door to this address
I am trying to contact the owner of the empty lot next to my house. There are trees with the branches hitting my house above the roofline. I am hoping they will cut the trees back. I cannot find the owner or their contact information on hcad. Can the city cut the trees back? What are my options?Thanks
