We live at 830 W. 18th St. There is a vacant lot next to us of unclear ownership. There is a large, dead tree near the property line. A branch fell and damaged our house during Hurricane Nicholas. We'd like to get the tree removed by aren't sure how to do that. It is a risk to falling over on our house as it is dead
