THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE THAT MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESOLVING. HIS WINDOWS WON'T SHUT, AND THERE'S ISSUES IN THE BATHROOM AND APPLIANCES CONTINUE TO NOT WORK. MANAGEMENT CONTINUES TO LIE TO CITIZEN.
Customer wants inspector to make contact with him he reports nothing has been fixed. Windows don't close fully, there is bad smell in bathroom, fridge and stove broken, outlets are sparking and he getting a high electrical bill.

Sewage smell inside restroom/ dead animal in walls. Windows do not close properly. They rented an apartment and it was given to him dirty. Extremely low pressure in kitchen, no hot water in kitchen. No outside lighting in parking lot.
Unit flooded due to a water leak, some furniture was damaged- the floor was damaged- management is refusing to move him or fox the issue.
Maintenance refuse to repair the lock on the door which resulted in a robbery, someone broke into the unit and stole the brand new TV, sheet rock breaking up, leaks in the unit, mold in the bathroom, please speak with the resident and Thank you

She has been having sewage issues for 4-5 weeks, they have not finished fixing the problem. She has not been able to cook at her house, because sewage is overflowing from the kitchen sink. Please help as soon as possible, one of the residents is disabled and on dialysis.

Rodent problem, Pest control has made several attempts go in , but management never allos them permission to enter.
tenant has been experiencing an issue with mold since June. tenant grandson has had several asthma attacks and breathing trouble. management has been notified of the issue and still has not been corrected.
