FW: Complaint 823 & 825 Berry RdI have some back door neighbors that seem he install mobile homes in the property that I believe don't have the proper permits to be able to install mobile homes. I do believe their sewer and water isn't connected properly since we get a sewer smell from time to time. I also believe their electricity conduit he is using can be hazardous since it's connected from a box. I was able to get in through my backyard and took some pictures. Not sure where I should report
