HHD - TERRY JONES 832-459-8287, I have found what appears to be a structural collapse by the sidewalk at 8241 Brockton, 77017. Please see attached pictures. There was SSO actively flowing into the ditch. Can we please follow up on this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
