there is a pile of dumped trash on the corner of Scott and Van Meter.
Neighbor I believe has mental problems and she has disposed of all her recycle & regular garbage on her property yard and its causing an infestation of rats and possums to roam around our properties. I also believe the neighbor has a death animal because a strong smell is coming from her property.
