This is a citizen complaint.They are complaining that the people that are renting this house are working on vehicles and letting the oil drain down the drive way and into the street which then it goes into the gutter. they have deed restrictions in this neighborhood.

they may be running a business out of this address as they are dumping oils and chemicals around the property from HFD
This is a citizen complaint. This is a business in a residence. They are dumping the oil and other liquids into the ground. I will be working with DRT and Neighborhood protection on this one.
