I have only lived here for 3 months but it is great here. Quiet , staff is on it, and neighbors are friendly, we've gotten 3 Christmas presents from neighbors alone, I highly recommend it. Great apartments.

Make sure you count all the utilities around 100 dollars in addition to your rent.Read the fine print of your contract.They will charge you ,trash,drainage with service fee for each one.Also staffs are rude and very bad customer service.Not that spacious.No grocery store in walking distance.

Scarlett was fantastic! She was extremely kind and expedient as she helped me with my mail and gate keys. This is the third time Scarlett has been extremely helpful and attentive. It is my experiences with Scarlett, in addition to other excellent interactions with the service members at IMT, that has convinced me to keep my residence here. THANK YOU very much!!

Smooth transition (with Anthony, IMT staff). Clean, newly painted/renovated unit. Professional and approachable staff. Responsive to inquiries and maintenance issues. Quiet, safe and clean community. With community/ apartment online portal site.

Horrible complex! Management and staff should all be replaced. Staff doesn't know how things work and give different answers for the same question. Wild animals roam the property, pest control is a major issue. Very dark places on property. Criminals jump the fences and commit crimes. It is an unsafe property.

very bad experience they tow my car from the parking lot on sunday i spent almost $400 between uber and storage my tag fall down from the mirror inside the car . i talk to the office they don't care they had a deal with the wrecker sevice every one get their cut i was paying about $1600 /month for small studio less then 450 ft2 . i am glad i move out to a condo same area 1bed 1 bath $1000 /month include water cable internet the lady in the office had bad attitude like they work for free. they broke to my car 4 time less then a month i think the people who work there did it i am glad i am moving out my advice think twice before you rent from them

Very clean and prompt maintenance, and very beautiful apartment complex, 4 months and so far so good. Plus th the rent is moderate compared to other nearby apartments in medical center area. IMT is also a few steps from train station so u really don't even need a car

I have sent an email to stop renting, but there is no response at all after 2 days........ other things are good.....only 2 stations from Anderson medical center, it is really convenient for patient to live.

We kill about one spider a day. We also had another issue with parking and tried to discuss with manager. Manager was either gone or too busy. Very unfriendly and unwilling to assist visitors. If your from out of town, good luck your own your own.

I love IMT at the Medical Center. I am pleased with the service and the neighborhood is very quiet and the maintenance team responds quickly to any maintenance issues. I recommend the apartments to anyone looking to stay within the 610 loop. Recommended. Gabrielle K.
